This 2010 Arizona judgment was assigned to Guaranty Solutions, LLC in late 2012. Guaranty Solution’s Debtor360™ collection process identified several subpoena targets, as well as employment with a Real Estate firm. Guaranty Solutions immediately garnished the real estate commissions due to the debtor. The debtor then left the employer to avoid further garnishment. Guaranty Solutions identified the new employer and a writ of garnishment was prepared. A forbearance agreement was signed by April, 2013 and the debtor is currently making monthly payments toward the satisfaction of the judgment. |
